Every trade in RIFT opens on a price chart, with the entry, exit, stop and target drawn where they were. Since , those charts are drawn with Advanced Charts, a charting library made by TradingView.
What that means in RIFT:
- Trade charts in the journal and in the public demo use the Advanced Charts library, including its drawing tools, at timeframes from one minute to one day.
- The prices on those charts come from RIFT, not from TradingView: your broker's own prices where your connected account carries the symbol, a clearly labelled third-party feed for the same asset where it does not, and simulated prices, marked as simulated, in the demo.
- Where Advanced Charts cannot load, RIFT falls back to TradingView Lightweight Charts™.
RIFT uses Advanced Charts under TradingView's licence for the library. RIFT is an independent product; TradingView does not sponsor or endorse it.
